Katy Meek- Certified Advanced Rolfer
Powerful, whole body approach to well-being

What to Expect

When you arrive, if I am with a client please have a seat in the waiting room. There will be a clip board in the waiting room with intake forms and a medical questionnaire. Please fill out all three forms. I will come to the waiting room and invite you into the office as soon as I finish the session prior to yours.

We will discuss your past and current injuries, chronic pain, medical conditions and what you hope to achieve from Rolfing.

Clients are encouraged to wear whatever they will be comfortable working in. (Underwear, shorts, tank-tops, sports tops, bathing suits, etc.)

I will need you to wear clothing that allows me to see the majority of your structure so I can evaluate any misalignment, strain patterns, posture issues and more.

My goal is to show you what I see in your structure and to fully explain why your pattern represents a structural imbalance that can and should be addressed by Rolfing/Structural Integration.

We will discuss options for realignment of your structure, healing of injuries and achieving optimal well-being.

You are encouraged to ask questions. I want to be sure you understand how the goals of Rolfing will apply to you and your goals personally.

The session will last 75-90 minutes.

The cost of the visit is $265.00 for cash/check/credit card. This includes all fees and taxes.

I can provide you with an insurance form suitable to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee that your insurance company will cover the cost of your visit. I encourage you to you to call your provider prior to the visit to ask if your plan covers Rolfing.
